in  2019
The eagerly awaited verdict was announced on Monday 21 January! Like a hammer blow, every year it makes many people happy, which disappointing others. In Nice and the NCA Métropole, however, the results of the winners of the 2019 Michelin Red Guide satisfied everyone: none of our restaurants lost their stars. Now there are 42 Michelin-starred establishments in the Alpes-Maritimes département (including the Principality of Monaco), 11 of them in Nice Côte d’Azur territory (10 confirmations compared to 2018 and 1 new star).

The Nice Côte d'Azur establishments distinguished are
• A Beaulieu-sur-Mer : "Le Restaurant des Rois" (1*)
• A Eze : "La Chèvre d'Or" (2*) - "La Table de Patrick Raingeard" (1*)
